Hello, guys at the register told us that we can purchase flour in 50pound bags. When I called to order someone told me you don’t do it. Just want to clarify it... if you do we would buy 2 bags. thank you!

Do you have gluten pastries?,, (special orders?)

Hi Joseph, Thanks for your question. We have a few items which are Gluten Free (non-certified, baked in a facility that processes wheat). We have Bread, Pizza Crusts, Apple Pie (Frozen), Macaron (Sucanant sweetened). We can special order gluten free breads with Cherry Pecan, for example, but require minimum orders.
