Hi Joseph, Thanks for your question. We have a few items which are Gluten Free (non-certified, baked in a facility that processes wheat). We have Bread, Pizza Crusts, Apple Pie (Frozen), Macaron (Sucanant sweetened). We can special order gluten free breads with Cherry Pecan, for example, but require minimum orders.
